Our Local Heroes award recipients are nominated by members of our local communities for their dedication of time, energy, and compassion so that all people - regardless of income - can live with dignity, realize their fullest potential, and participate in all that our vibrant South Shore communities have to offer. The evening culminates with our Board President's Award for Extraordinary Leadership and Outstanding Community Service.
