Emergency Assistance & Financial Stability
SSCAC's Emergency Assistance and Financial Stability Case Managers can help individuals and families identify and prioritize their needs, create a service plan, and provide resource information and referrals to help with household needs. Our Case Managers can work with individuals and families and provide money management coaching to help them achieve greater financial stability. We have very limited funding to provide one-time emergency financial assistance for eligible households who are at risk of homelessness, utility shut-off, or food insecurity. Given the volume of need and limited resources, we are not able to provide financial assistance to all who apply and must prioritize the most urgent needs.
