Heating System Repair & Replacement (HEARTWAP) provides no-cost home heating system inspections, as well as repairs or replacement of inefficient heating systems for Home Energy Assistance eligible households.
How It Works
HEARTWAP provides no-cost home heating system inspections, as well as repairs or replacement of inefficient heating systems. Any type of heating system may be covered but is subject to funding availability.

To be eligible, you must be a homeowner, have household income at or below 60% of the state median income, eligible for the current Home Energy Assistance program, and reside in one of the following towns:
• Carver
• Cohasset
• Duxbury
• Halifax
• Hanover
• Hingham
• Hull
• Kingston
