Consumer Aid
Our Consumer Aid program provides education and mediation as an alternative to court resolution of consumer complaints.
The office is staffed by mediators trained in complaint resolution and consumer rights. It is not staffed by attorneys and therefore no legal advice or representation can be provided. SSCAC's Consumer Aid program is funded by, and works in cooperation with, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of the Attorney General.
