South Shore Early Education, a South Shore Community Action Council program - a private non-profit providing multi-level program support on the South Shore, Wareham, Cape Cod, and the Islands, is seeking a receptionist in Plymouth. 25 hours per week (additional hours weekly as needed), 52 weeks per year, Monday to Friday. Schedule 7:00 a.m. to noon, Monday to Friday, no weekends, no nights. All benefits apply, competitive salary.
Answer phones, gatekeeping, and greeting clients, with the ability to multitask while operating the front desk. Ability to manage clients and direct phones simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Must have excellent Excel, word, and Outlook skills. Mail, copier, and scanner skills are necessary. Minimum of high school degree or HISET/GED may be substituted. Must be able to speak and understand English. Bi-lingual in other languages, like Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic is helpful; although not required.
Minimum Requirements at employment:
· All candidates must undergo a DCF background check, with CORI, SORI, and fingerprints post interview, before beginning employment.

· Valid MA state driver’s license.
