Community Assessment and Strategic Plan

SSCAC undertakes a Community Assessment, Internal Assessment, and Strategic Planning process every three years. SSCAC’s Community Assessment and Internal Assessment inform our Strategic Plan which identifies our goals, strategies, and objectives.

Taken together, the Community Assessment, Internal Assessment, and Strategic Plan ensure that SSCAC and all of its programs are well-positioned to respond to community needs.
