Parent Workshops

South Shore Family Network aims to support parents in the most challenging, and rewarding, job they’ll ever have – that of being a parent. The South Shore Family Network sponsors free in-person and online Parenting Workshops that engage and support parents in understanding and promoting their children’s development, school readiness, and early literacy.

Community and Family Engagement

The SSFN Advisory Council supports our work to promote children’s early learning, health and emotional well being, and overall development.

The Advisory Council includes parents, child care providers, teachers, librarians, social service agencies, health care providers, Early Intervention specialists, and others.

The Council provides leadership opportunities for parents and those interested in advocating for the educational needs of their children throughout the entire educational system.

If you are passionate about community organizing for children's education, join our SSFN Advisory Council today!

Our South Shore Family Network is supported by a Coordinated Family and Community Engagement grant from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.
