Bus Driver - Marshfield
30 hrs. per week / 52 weeks

Core Responsibilities:
South Shore Early Education is seeking a CDL Commercial Bus Driver to operate out of the Marshfield location. We are currently offering an Employee Retention Incentive of $500.(taxable) upon 90 consecutive days of employment.

Core Job Duties:
Safe transport of children including those with special needs and disabilities. Pre and Post Inspection of vehicle on a daily basis, general care taking of the bus including fuel, records, etc. Actively participate in all required annual trainings. Coordinate & work with attending Bus Monitors. Deliver the children in a safe, friendly manner according to Federal & State regulations.

Core Qualifications:

CDL w/passenger school bus endorsement required. Pre-Employment DOT Drug & Alcohol testing, random testing throughout employment period. Driving record will need to be presented at interview. Medical certificate and TB test prior to beginning employment. Statement of CORI/DSS Background check & fingerprint, CPR, First Aid. Two written Letters of recommendation from prior employers. 

Bi-lingual (Portuguese or Spanish and Arabic) preferred although not required. Must be able to comply with President Biden’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy as of date of interview.
