Family Advocate- Wareham Locations
Position: 52wks. /30 hrs.


Core qualifications:
Experience working with families, including setting goals and objectives & familiarity with outside referral agencies. Must be familiar with all of the ACF Head Start regulations, and be able to work within those parameters. Must be able to be assist the families as they transition through the program to Kindergarten. Must be able to adapt to referral process within the program, and work within the component. Previous social work & caseworker experience of more than five years is preferred. Familiarity with preschool age. Home visits with the families of the program is mandatory.

Core Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Social Work or closely related field & MA EEC Certification. Must have a driver license in good standing. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
