Education Manager- Wareham Site
52 weeks 37.5 hours

Core Responsibilities:
Wareham location, 37.5hrs per week. Directly responsible for all programmatic functions in collaboration with all coordinating staff including Head Start performance standards and EEC regulations, responsible for all components within the program. Ability to accurately apply EHS/HS Performance Standards according to Federal Regs.

Core Qualifications:
Must be MA EEC Certified, Director II. Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MS) in Early Childhood Education, or related field such as Child Care, Psychology, etc. Knowledge of the comprehensive purpose and philosophy of the ACF Head Start/EHS program regulations. Experience & compassion working with low income children and families 3-5 years demonstrated supervisory experience. Bi-lingual (Portuguese or Spanish) preferred although not required

Minimum requirements at hiring:
All candidates must have a current medical certificate, MMR Documentation, TB test, statements of CORI/Background check, SORI, DCF, fingerprint, and employment application (available online) prior to beginning employment.
