ERSEA Manager - Plymouth Location - 37.50 hrs. (FT 52 wks.)

Core Responsibilities:
Maintain standardized intake and enrollment procedures, including paperwork, procedures, and eligibility for all programs). Supervise Intake Specialists program wide and assign enrollment tasks. Responsible for reviewing income documents and determine if they comply with EEC and ERSEA income guidelines, including reassessments, third year and transitional EHS income collection.

Receive and distribute online applications to Intake Specialists.
Professional communication with families, maintain current waitlist in My Head Start and Kinderwait as well as following ERSEA selection criteria. Maintain class lists, and update weekly for Management.

Reassessments as needed annually for EEC families, collection of documentation, determination of rate, collection of correct recordkeeping according to EEC. Manage the Intake Specialist’s.

Core Qualifications:
Manage Intake Specialist’s; Ability to work on income verifications for low to moderate income families with compassion. Ability to provide accurate federal and state regulatory information as the intake process is involved. Bachelor's degree (Can be substituted for proven work experience with subsidy management) EEC preschool certification & EEC DI license preferred although not required.
