Office Manager-Marshfield – 35 hrs. (52 wks)

Core Responsibilities:
General duties include detailed monthly online billing, accurate general files, and upkeep of confidential personnel files, inventory, and management of daily and weekly parent fees. Other skilled office duties included for a self-starter that enjoys working with a team and with children.

Core Qualifications:
High School Diploma or HISET required, general secretarial coursework preferred. Excellent computer and software skills required. Ability to communicate effectively with the team, the clients, and the children of the center. Able to multi task and move from one project to another without distraction. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
